Getting Started with PatientCollect
PatientCollect is easy to apply for and quick to set up. Select the version you want to apply for and complete a simple online application. Once your application is approved, we will complete the setup of PatientCollect for your Organization which will include integration of Patient Payments Portal with your existing Practice website.
PatientCollect is a web-based service and there is no software for you to install.
Step 1: Complete Application
Select the version of PatientCollect you want and complete the online application. You will then be given access to the PatientCollect manuals and specifications.
Step 2: Application Verification
You will need to provide documentary identification to verify that the application is genuine.
Step 3: Customize PatientCollect
When we have verified your application, we will send you details of the customization options and edits you can make.
Step 4: PatientCollect Setup
Once we have received details of the customizations you want to make, we will complete the initial setup of PatientCollect for you and will provide you with access to the Portals.
Step 5: Testing and Go Live
As soon as the setup is complete, we will work with you to test the integration of PatientCollect with your website and go-live.
